NEW OFFICES FOR BLUEFIN IN SKIPTON
THE SKIPTON branch of financial advisory firm, Bluefin (formerly Smart and Cook insurance brokers) has expanded into new offices after the company signed a 15 year lease on 4560 square feet of office space at Toller Court through Dacres Commercial.
Bluefin's 30 strong team in Skipton had outgrown its previous base at Acorn Business Park on Keighley Road. Toller Court was built by Burley Developments and is located close to Skipton town centre near the junction of Newmarket Street and Otley Road.

Following this deal, there is a 1700 sq ft unit and a 687 sq ft unit remaining and these are both attracting plenty of interest because there is a shortage of quality, newly built office space in Skipton.”
