New Face at Dacres in Keighley

LEADING estate agent, Dacre, Son & Hartley is strengthening its lettings and property management division in Keighley with the appointment of Edward Moon as a Lettings Negotiator.

Edward has recently completed an RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accredited degree in Estate Management from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and has previous experience in both commercial property and residential lettings. Dacres is now sponsoring him to complete his training and become an RICS member. In his new role, Edward will work alongside the office's existing lettings and property management team, which consists of Rebecca Thewlis and Sharon Bland with the aim of further developing Dacres' Aire Valley lettings and property management business.

Edward will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, sourcing tenants and arranging tenancy agreements. In addition he will also be involved with Dacres' property management service which involves everything from arranging rent collections through to organising maintenance and repair work across the company's 280 rental properties throughout the Keighley area.
