Property Management Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper
           

4 days per week                     

We are currently recruiting for the above position at our Otley office. Candidates will be able to demonstrate an all round accounts knowledge and will be responsible for the following:

Sales ledger-cash allocation, raising sales invoices and credit notes.

Purchase ledger-matching, batching, coding and inputting invoices, statement reconciliations and payment runs.
Nominal ledger-dealing with nominal coding.
Bank reconciliations.
Producing weekly figures for the management team.

SALES RECEPTIONIST
           

3 Days
8.45-5.30
Saturdays 8.45-12.30
(plus holiday cover)                     

We are currently recruiting a Sales Receptionist to work at our busy Skipton office, the vacancy is to cover maternity leave. Candidates need to demonstrate computer literacy and confident communication skills both face to face and on the telephone in order to deal effectively with both customers and clients. Local area knowledge would be a useful asset within the role but is not essential.
