The Dacres Valuation Team comprises 10 Chartered Surveyors strategically located across the Yorkshire region. The key to our strength is the wealth of market knowledge gained from our wide spread office network - enabling us to draw on the first hand information from our extensive property marketing and acquisition activities.

Our property expertise covers all main commercial sectors. In addition, we have a dedicated team dealing with residential valuation surveys and another dealing with the healthcare sector. This broad spectrum of expertise enables us to advise on mixed use portfolios and mixed used development schemes.

Valuations

Landlord and Tenant

Our Landlord and Tenant specialists cover all aspects of commercial property, including retail, offices, industrial and medical centres. Our primary area is the North of England however we are able to work nationally should this be required. Our areas of Landlord and Tenant expertise are in dealing with rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations. We are also able to provide general advice on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant, including lease surrenders, alienation issues, dispute resolution and general lease structuring. Our Landlord and Tenant specialists work closely with our agency and investment colleagues to keep themselves abreast of the market.
