Our Commercial Management services cover a wide variety of properties, from lock-up shops, office suites, warehouses and industrial estates, to medical centres and residential block apartments.

Geographically, we manage properties from the West Midlands to the Scottish borders.

We act for many clients who appreciate the rewards to be gained through investing in the Commercial Property market. Like any investment medium a degree of active and positive Management is necessary to maintain and increase the value of the investment.

Our clients have little desire to deal with day-to-day issues, neither do they want the hassle of dealing directly with their tenants - this is where we come in.

We take complete control and responsibility for all aspects, to manage the landlord and tenant relationship, leaving our clients to concentrate on what they'd prefer to do.

We use dedicated Commercial Property Management software to administer rent collection and reconciliation, as well as to provide an individual diary and alert facility for significant deadlines relating to, amongst other things, rent review dates, break options, and the service of Notices.

Our aim as Managing Agents is to shoulder the burden through:-

  • Calculating and issuing regular rent demands, collecting rents and chasing late payers
  • Ensuring that our clients and the tenants obligations are met
  • Dealing with tenants queries and issues generally as they arise
  • Administering the all-important insurance cover
  • Advising on strategic matters in relationship to the clients portfolio, for example whether to buy or sell as appropriate
  • Providing quarterly statements to enable clients to reconcile income and expenditure for income tax

The requirement to maximise the return on property investment makes the highest standards of management essential for any residential portfolio.
