Receptionist/Sales Person Skipton Office Vacancy

Preferably Full Time Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm

1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-12.30pm 

 

We are currently recruiting a receptionist/sales person to work at our Skipton office. You will need a positive outlook, welcoming personality and the drive to succeed. The main duties of the role will involve:

  • Making viewing, survey, mortgage and valuation appointments.
  • Taking offers, negotiating and progressing sales
  • Checking sales board status and maintaining window display.
  • Arranging and following up viewings for potential buyers.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities.

 

Candidates need to demonstrate:

  • Confident communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
  • An ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • A good level of computer literacy.
  • Good organisation and administration skills.
  • An ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Local area knowledge.
