We are currently recruiting a receptionist/sales person to work at our Skipton office. You will need a positive outlook, welcoming personality and the drive to succeed. The main duties of the role will involve:
- Making viewing, survey, mortgage and valuation appointments.
- Taking offers, negotiating and progressing sales
- Checking sales board status and maintaining window display.
- Arranging and following up viewings for potential buyers.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities.
Candidates need to demonstrate:
- Confident communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
- An ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- A good level of computer literacy.
- Good organisation and administration skills.
- An ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Local area knowledge.
