We are currently recruiting a Lettings Manager to join our busy Harrogate Office. You will be responsible for providing Landlords and Tenants with a professional lettings service and the development and overall profitability of the lettings department. Close liaison and integration with the sales team is also crucial. Candidates need to demonstrate:
- Confident communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
- A knowledge of the residential lettings industry.
- A good level of computer literacy and experience of basic software packages.
- An ability to work as part of a team and on ones own initiative.
- A good level of organisation and administration skills.
- A drivers licence is essential in order to carry out the role.
