Ben, who is from Leeds, joins the firm as a trainee sales negotiator and will support the team of eight property professionals based across its North Leeds and Bramhope offices.

Senior Associate Sandra who heads up the Leeds offices said: “At a time when many agents are cutting costs we are actually expanding in the Leeds area due to a busy final quarter in 2011 that saw the offices complete a record number of sales during what is typically a quiet period.”

Ben’s appointment follows hot on the heels of further success for the office after its Sales Manager Jenni Howell was presented with the company’s Outstanding Achievement Award. Sandra says: “Jenni has worked for the firm for 12 years and saw off competition from several other very strong contenders including rentals manager Lucy Morton, who also works at our North Leeds office.  I’m delighted that my staff have been recognised in this way for their continued commitment to providing outstanding levels of customer service.” 

In addition to sales, Dacres West Park and Bramhope office also has a wide range of rental properties on the books, around 50% of which came onto the market in January and are already let. Sandra says: “We concentrate on the professional lettings market, and pride ourselves on providing a knowledgeable and efficient service to both landlords and tenants in the area and are predicting a very busy year for this division.”
