Mark, who is originally from Dundee, moved to Bingley 14 years ago and has spent the last seven years working in estate agency. He replaces Alan Stevens who is retiring after spending more than 30 years living and working in Baildon.
Mark says: “Baildon is an attractive village with stunning moorland countryside as well as rail links to Leeds and Bradford so it’s a highly sought after place to live. When you combine this with Dacre, Son & Hartley’s unrivalled reputation in the area it made this a great career move.”
Patrick McCutcheon, Head of Residential at Dacre Son and Hartley: “Appointing a new branch manager in Baildon was always going to be a difficult task because Alan is an extremely well-respected member of the local property industry. However Mark lives in the area so he has an excellent knowledge of the local market as well as a great track record and plenty of experience which made him the ideal candidate for the job.”
